GENERAL

By reserving an experience with Viman Luxury Experience, you acknowledge and accept the following Terms & Conditions.

Viman Luxury Experience is a boutique maritime concierge based in Sorrento, specializing in curated private boat tours, bespoke itineraries and luxury experiences across Capri Island, Positano, Amalfi and the Sorrento coastline.

Rather than operating a single fleet, we collaborate with a carefully curated network of premium vessels, licensed captains and trusted professional partners, selected for their safety standards, reliability and exceptional service quality.

Our role is to design, coordinate and elevate your experience with seamless logistics and meticulous attention to detail, while navigation, vessel operation and maritime safety remain under the full responsibility of the licensed vessel owner and the operating captain.

BOOKINGS

Your experience is confirmed once the deposit has been received and checked by our concierge team. The remaining balance is required before departure. All details will be clearly communicated in your confirmation. Our partner provides safe and flexible payment options, including : credit card - bank transfer - secure online checkout.

CLIENT CANCELLATIONS

More than 14 days before the experience → full refund of the deposit.
Between 14 and 7 days → 50% deposit refund.
Less than 7 days → the deposit is non-refundable.
No-show → the full amount will be charged.

WEATHER AND SEA CONDITIONS

If sea or weather conditions do not allow safe navigation, the experience may be rescheduled or fully refunded if no suitable alternative date is available.
This policy applies only when sea conditions make it unsafe to leave the port or to navigate the planned route.
The operating captain holds full and final authority regarding maritime safety decisions.

WHAT'S INCLUDED / NOT INCLUDED

INCLUDED : only the services explicitly listed in your booking confirmation (e.g. captain, fuel for itinerary, towels, drinks, fruit, snacks, snorkeling gear)

NOT INCLUDED : Unless stated otherwise ; Blue Grotto entrance fees - additional port fees - restaurant costs - transfers - sea toys - wine or champagne upgrade - drink selection - tips

RESPONSABILITY

Guests must communicate allergies, medical conditions or mobility limitations prior to booking. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

The captain may deny boarding to guests who appear intoxicated or behave unsafely.

Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the captain. Viman Luxury Experience is not responsible for : loss or damage to personal items - accidents resulting from ignoring safety guidelines - delays caused by weather, traffic or force majeure.

Viman Luxury Experience acts as a concierge and coordination service and the experience itself is carried out by our collaborators and indipendent partners, fully licensed maritime operator who are responsible for: vessel condition - safety procedures - navigation and decision-making - insurance coverage. By confirming the reservation, all conditions are accepted.

Photos or videos taken during your experience may be used on our social platforms only upon your consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

We collect only the information necessary to manage your reservation and coordinate the services you request. Your data is never sold and in shared only with essential partners such as captains, drivers.

These terms & conditions follow Italian law.
